Ness is a consumer startup that’s building a credit card for health and wellness. We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to create a revolutionary fintech and health experience that’s not only user-centric, delightful, and seamless, but also drives healthy behaviors. If you’re passionate about health equity, excited about taking on enormous incumbents, and building a brand-first, consumer-obsessed business… this is for you!

We’re funded by some of the best operators and entrepreneurs in the space and started by the former CEO & Founder of Greatist (acquired by Healthline in 2019). We’ve got enormous ambitions to flip healthcare on its head through an experience for consumers who want to get and stay healthy instead of for patients when they get sick. We see a maasive opportunity to own the consumer wallet spend in health and reward healthy behaviors to build a world where everyone can afford to get and stay healthy.

(None of these are requirements, just the kinds of people and experiences we think could be most successful here.)

→ Evolve our design process and standards in such a way that inspires and influences the work of others across the company.
→ Keep projects on track, expertly manage personal workflow, schedules, and deadlines.
→ Support the team in constant experimentation through data and user feedback to improve the user experience.
