Frosty are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our international team. The role is fully remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Ensure that Frosty’s own branding is applied on all documents in adherence with guidelines
– Develop, support and guide design-specific projects, creating brand guidelines and ensuring they are adhered to in all work.
– Develop original design and brand identity elements such as logos, symbols for agency clients and define design direction such as type recommendations, color palettes, motion elements etc.
– Work closely with Frosty design team to support Frosty’s approach to design including our methodology and principles
– Help to ensure all Frosty design work meets the highest standards
– Collaborate with the Creative team on delivering and shaping creative projects. This includes supporting on extensive research, ideation, and execution of graphic and physical identity as well as creative design strategies.
– Support new business pitches when required to support new and exciting opportunities for the agency
– Manage, support and lead junior members of the design team when required, achieving creative excellence through others
– Consistently seek to push the creative for each project, challenging the brief given.
– Creating and delivering presentations to the highest standard.
– Present ideas to peers and senior members of the team.
– Collaborate with production, post-production, and project management teams, ensuring that standards and timelines are met.
– Develop a personal network of creative collaborators, with a particular focus on the graphic and design space.
– Remain up to date with digital products and innovation that will enhance and improve the design process i.e. AI tools and Creative Suite updates
– Remain up to date with the art, fashion, design and gaming market, digital innovation, and creative landscape to build a strong wealth of knowledge and culture.

PERSONAL PROFILE

– Creative flair, originality, and a strong artistic sense.
– Relevant work experience in graphic/communication design in a similar role either in-house or at an agency within graphic design
– A portfolio that demonstrates proven in-depth expertise in designing for web, tablet, mobile, and email projects and understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, color theory and typography usage
– Ability to deliver creative ideas and manage several projects simultaneously.
– Strong presentation, organizational and communication skills.
– Dynamic researcher and passionate about bringing creative ideas to life.
– Awareness of current creative trends and innovations.
– Strong connecting skills.
– Has a kind, positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude.
– Proficient in Keynote, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and has a proactive attitude to staying up to date by learning new creative skills and software
