My older brother’s girlfriend was a hippie studying graphic design and teaching me how to make dreamcatchers, I thought she was cool and I wanted to make a living out of making dreamcatchers, so I figured design school was as close to that I could get. After my first semester I replaced my dreamcatchers for Milton Glaser’s posters.
I design & art direct title sequences for tv shows.
I discovered the world of food styling when I was art directing a cooking book, it turned out to be something I was really into and now I keep it as a side job whenever I have free time. Here are some results: juliabueno.com/portfolio
Louise Fili, Roeqiya Fris, Fran Labuschagne, Jana Glatt, Raнza Costa.
I look out for layout diversity, in my field is very important that you’re able to design in a lot of different styles. I’m not the one looking for great kerning and spacing, I’m more worried about the big picture and the process of taking risks and coming up with something new.
